Adventures in the Upside Down is the second full length of Da Captain Trips after "Anechoic Chamber Outcomes I"in 2013.
This album is the result of a deep introspection of the band and shows a change in the writing the songs, the music is more structured now and reflect the band in its maturity.

After many shows around Europe and UK in the last years, they have developed the idea of making a concept album based on a fantastic adventure of the Captain that float on the border of reality in the upside down dimension... a sort of visionary psychedelia.

The band have worked together with Mr. Roberto Bonadimani who is an Italian master cartoonist and screenwriter of sci-fi comics since the 70's.

Roberto have created all the incredible drawings of the cover that drive the listeners into this fantastic experience.
