This split album brings together two jam bands, both located in Berlin, Germany. COSMIC FALL, with it's psychedelic-colored stoner rock and bluesy guitar arrangements joins together with the Krautrock band APHODYL, performing long excursions of instrumental improvisations.
Hook-laden guitars conjure soaring post-rock vistas and showcase a huge progression in their song writing, a progression that’s reconfigured Cracked Machine into a leaner, meaner, and ultimately, heavier sounding machine.
SONIC SLOTH is an instrumental heavy psych band from the fairy tale city Hanau, launched in 2015. Complex song structures, the interplay between even and odd time signatures and the use of exotic scales are their main characteristics. Musical influences of the band range from Stoner Rock, to Doom, to classic 70s progressive rock.
Since 2015, PUB CERENKOV achieves attention with their releases of epic improvised jams, labeled as night-sessions. This is the bands first, full-length debut album. 8 tracks of spaced-out heavy-psych grooves will cast a spell over it's hypnotized listeners and port them away.
